Highland Tax Group, Inc., founded in August of 2013, services clients within Colorado and nationwide, with business and individual tax problems, IRS issues, audits, exam, consulting, and other tax-related matters. Scope of Work
We are looking for someone to support our current staff with administration of the day-to-day activities involving our clients and the vendors we work with. The ideal candidate will possess extreme attention to detail, acute awareness, integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Experience with Office, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook is necessary. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, taking both inbound and making outbound calls, being the “face” of the company for in-person meetings, drafting letters, correspondence, fill-in forms, scanning, reviewing, and informing clients of certain notifications including billing and invoicing, and reviewing IRS notifications. Working well within a small team environment is crucial and required. Lastly, we’re looking for someone with a willingness to go the extra mile for our staff and, moreover, our clients. This work is completed on site.

This position is entry-level. The opportunity to learn a new trade within tax and to grow professionally is the goal with all employees. We strive to give every employee the opportunity for growth, education, and eventual promotion within the company to an associate or senior associate role.
